Introducing TruNatomy, the latest innovation in root canal treatment from Dentsply Sirona.

TruNatomy is a complete clinical solution that’s designed to respect the true, natural anatomy of the root canal system—featuring an intuitive file system with an Orifice Modifier, a Glider, and a single shaping file. For smaller or larger canals, there are also two additional shaping files available, all complemented by corresponding paper points, Gutta-Percha points, and GuttaCore obturators, as well as a flexible irrigation needle.

  • Slim design and NiTi wire of 0.8mm instead of traditional 1.2mm.

Respects the natural anatomy of the canal

  • Special heat-treated NiTi wire for flexibility and pre-bendability
  • 9.5mm handle to better reach molars
  • The instrument is designed to adapt to the canal—not the other way around

Preserving the structural strength

  • Only removing dentin where clinically needed, while ensuring appropriate irrigation of the canal.
  • At the coronal level: no need to enlarge unnecessarily; all the shaping files have the same coronal diameter.
  • At the apex: the shaping files have sufficiently large diameters to ensure proper disinfection.

The prognosis of root-filled teeth depends on the success of the endodontic treatment and the amount of remaining dentin tissue.1,2 While it's now possible to preserve more of the structural dentin, TruNatomy meets the resulting challenge of how to irrigate and obturate those narrow preparations properly.

TruNatomy preserves as much dentin as possible–and offers a complete solution, including matching irrigation and obturation.

Creates the ideal entry point because it maintains the natural shape without removing excessive amounts of tooth structure.

TruNatomy Glider

Confirms the path for rotary files to follow–conforms and maintains the natural canal shape in complex anatomy.3

EndoActivator Irrigation Unit

There's a new movement in endodontics – EndoActivator. This innovative device agitates irrigation solutions during endodontic treatment.

  • Designed to safely and vigorously energize the hydrodynamic phenomenon
  • Promotes deep cleaning and disinfection into lateral canals, fins, webs, and anastomoses through activating fluids
  • Facilitates 3D obturation and long-term success by thoroughly cleaning the root canal system

GuttaCore for TruNatomy

GuttaCore obturators sized specifically for the TruNatomy file system. Two proven systems. One complete solution. Now you can achieve a 3D fill for the smaller, superiorly centered canals shaped by the TruNatomy system.

  • Features a cross-linked gutta-percha core that sends the surrounding warm, flowable gutta-percha three-dimensionally to follow the natural canal anatomy
  • Offers the ease of a single insertion, so your patients spend less time in your chair.
  • Available in 5-packs and 25-packs. (Each blister pack of 5 contains one size verifier.)

ProMark Endo Motor

The Mark of Performance

Built upon a tradition of performance and reliability, the ProMark is our most versatile and complete endodontic motor for rotary and reciprocation. The brushless motor delivers the ample power and consistency of full A/C mains power and is compatible with a variety of e-type handpieces.

 

GuttaCore Obturator Oven

GuttaCore Obturator Ovens are specifically developed for the GuttaCore endodontic obturators for use in root canal therapy.

  • 3-Dimensional Heat - Obturators are heated in seconds in single and dual heating modes. Three-dimensional heat is evenly maintained in the heating chamber until the obturator is ready to use, making it ideal for multi-canal procedures.
  • Slow Release Obturator Holders - Obturator holders are designed to allow stable vertical entry and exit of the heating chamber.
  • Indicator Lights and Audible Alerts - The oven uses both LED indicator lights and audible alerts to indicate status changes.
  • Cleaning Mode - The cleaning mode raises the temperature of the oven and softens gutta-percha inside the heating chamber for removal.
